Man I have a bunch of things to review, so i'm gonna be queing them so I don't just spam my readers with reviews and then go back to silence okay? lol.

Curvy Girls (signal boosting)
I don't usually do this, but desperate measures and all that.
there aren't many days left for this project and it's in desperate need of funding.
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/curvygirls/curvy-girls-dolls-plus-size-fashion-dolls
So, Curvy Girls are a pretty cool idea. A range of ethnically diverse characters on plus sized bodies to encourage body positivity, all the characters have personalities that aren't just "she likes sports" or "animal lover" (one is autistic, one's transgender even and in law school! Awesome), the company is run by women who are also parents and the dolls will be fully articulated!
COME ON!
You know I love me some toy box diversity.
The only problem is international shipping is uh.. rather painful.
Still, if you can, support them!
With the doll selection so devoid of anything interesting in stores right now we gotta support these small companies trying to bring something new and interesting to the table right?
Let's do this thing!
Good luck Curvy Girls!

More tlc dolls (I need an intervention, seriously, send help)
I need to like.. block Ebay...
seriously.
see, I had such fun with my last tlc bundle and even though I was still working on a few of them I was itching for MORE and this is a dangerous thing.
So when I stumbled upon another random bundle including a Debbie Glitter doll that i've wanted for a while ... well... I couldn't resist.

TLC bundle
I have a weakness. Okay I have several. But a big one is "dolls in need". Especially vintage dolls.
This bundle caught my eye on the dreaded Ebay, a lot of broken bits and pieces but some interesting parts in there. I thought for sure someone else would notice it and outbid me but luck was apparently on my side, the bundle flew under the radar and I won it for the maiden bid.
SCORE.
They arrived a few days later and I eagerly got to sorting.

Paola Reina Amigas and Resinsoul Shi
Me and spending is a little like pringles, once I pop I cannot stop.
Amazon certainly didn't help matters.
I was randomly searching "latest" in the doll section to see what if anything new had hit UK shores and stumbled upon a line of Paola Reina dolls that I had very vuage memories of having seen before. But for a fraction of the price they used to be.
Paola Reina Amigas Liu
Paola Reina Amigas Carolina
these two in particular caught my eye.
The first because ethnic dolls in this style are astoundingly rare and finding non black minorities is especially rare in dolls full stop.
The second because I can't resist giant curls or red hair <_<
They were both only about £15 at the time of ordering though I don't know who the heck is actually selling them because Amazon's listings are really vuage.
and a lot of the listings are extremely misleading.
There's a few listings that don't make it clear they are JUST for clothing for example, and in the case of my Liu, the seller actually changed the picture of the doll after I ordered from the same face mold but with a sort of dirty blonde hair to the black haired version.
Now in my case that was a good thing because I had preferred the black hair but the only other one with such a combination was £20+ and i'm way too stingy to pay that lol.
But it was a bit iffy of whoever's actually selling them (I don't think it's Amazon themselves, the listings are too vuage)
What's also strange is that despite me KNOWING this line is called Amigas, they are NOT listed as Amigas... at all. Anywhere.
They're listed as "queen" and I don't really understand why.
The ever lovely Toybox Philospher actually reviewed one several years ago here. Which is likely why I sort of vuagely recognised them.

May Roundup... sorta
I've been on a bit of a dolly diet lately, but as everyone knows, diets are seldom sustainable and inevitably I was going to fall of the wagon in a big way.
Thing is, it HAD been relatively easy to stick to my diet because stores had nothing that tempted me, the local charity shop hasn't had any interesting dolls in for months and there's just flat out nothing NEW on the market that really screams "buy me".
unfortunately, bootsale apps still exist...
and i'm weak...
